- Previous studies of the area are valid …
- Visibility at Coyote Bush is 800 feet to the west and 1000 feet to the east.
- Traffic calming measures such as cones are not installed in areas where traffic speed exceeds 25 mph
- Speed on Camino Del Sur averages 47 miles per hour
- State of California guidelines are being applied to this area.
- A controlled intersection will not occur at this time…however if the HOA would is willing to spend $200,000 to install a stop light then the city will consider, without the guarantee of payment they will not. Proposed development excluded.
A request for a speed display sign set in this area as well as additional lighting or higher wattage bulb has been made.
