Traffic calming measures such as cones are not installed in areas where traffic speed exceeds 25 mph Speed on Camino Del Sur averages 47 miles per hour State of California guidelines are being applied to this area. A controlled intersection will not occur at this time…however if the HOA would is willing to spend $200,000 to install a stop light then the city will consider, without the guarantee of payment they will not. Proposed development excluded. A request for a speed display sign set in this area as well as additional lighting or higher wattage bulb has been made.
